How much does a Playcard cost?
The Playcard itself costs a one-time fee of €1 and is loaded with credits. For beginners, there are starter packages from €5 (8 credits) to €100 (218 credits + bonus). The more you load, the cheaper each credit becomes!
Where can I get a Playcard?
Directly at Cosmos Arcade Hamburg in Hamburger Meile. Just ask at the counter — the card costs a one-time fee of €1 and you can start right away with one of our starter packages. Learn more
Do my credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. You can reload your Playcard at any time and use it at any Cosmos Arcade location.
Is there an age limit?
No, our arcades are suitable for all age groups! Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. For bachelor parties, a minimum age of 18 applies.

What is the difference between Flagship, Standard, and Express?
Flagship arenas offer 40+ games, event rooms, and VIP lounges. Standard locations have 25-35 games. Express spots in shopping centers offer 10-15 compact games for quick fun.
Can I also buy my Playcard online?
Currently, you can purchase and load the Playcard directly on-site at our machines. Online ordering will be available soon!
