How much is the investment?
Depending on size and location, the total investment is between €400,000–900,000 (interior construction, equipment, working capital, franchise fee). Equity of €250,000 is recommended.
Is there a franchise fee?
Yes: one-time entry fee plus ongoing monthly license and marketing fee. We will show details transparently in the initial conversation.
How quickly can I open?
In optimal conditions, 4–6 months from contract signing. The biggest time factor is usually the approval from local authorities.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes. If the first location runs for 12 months and KPIs are met, we are happy to discuss multi-unit options with preferential conditions.
Do I need gastronomy experience?
No, but a service mindset helps. We train everything necessary during onboarding.
