What does it cost me?
Nothing. We cover all costs for devices, installation, and maintenance. You provide the space and power connection. We share the revenue according to an agreed key.
How high is the revenue share?
It depends on size, location, and setup. Typically, a 15–30% share for you. We will discuss specific numbers after the location check.
How much space do I need?
Family corner (S): from 25 m². Game lounge (M): from 60 m². Mini arcade (L): from 120 m². More important than square meters is the location (well visible, foot traffic) and power connection.
How quickly can you install?
After signing the contract, about 4–8 weeks – depending on device availability and construction preparation. We plan this together.
What happens in case of malfunctions?
Our devices are monitored 24/7 via ArcadeManager. In case of problems, our service comes on-site – usually within 48 hours, faster during peak season.
Can I terminate the contract at any time?
We typically agree on a minimum term of 3 years – so that the investment is worthwhile for us. However, we always find a solution in special circumstances.
