What is the Playcard?
The Playcard is your personal access to all games at Cosmos Arcade. Load credits, hold the card to the machine, and start playing right away. At the same time, you collect tickets and high scores.
Do my credits expire?
No! Once loaded, your credits remain on the card indefinitely. Don’t lose them – you can continue playing even after months of inactivity.
Can I load online?
Yes, just click on "Load card". You need the card number (back of the Playcard) and can pay via credit card, PayPal, Sofort, Apple Pay, etc. Credits are credited in seconds.
How can I buy a card as a gift?
Through "Gift voucher" — you purchase an amount in euros, and the recipient receives a code via email. The code is redeemed on-site at the counter for a Playcard.
Where can I get a Playcard?
Directly at Cosmos Arcade Hamburg in Hamburger Meile. Just ask at the counter — the card costs a one-time fee of €1. Then load your desired credit or start directly with one of our starter packages from €5.
